1. ELIGIBILITY:  Sweepstakes entrants and prize recipients must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited and restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of JetBlue Airways Corporation, The University of Texas (“UT”), Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC (“Sweepstakes Headquarters”), and their subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotion, fulfillment and/or judging agencies (such entities collectively the “Related Entities”) and the immediate families (mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters and spouse regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any such individual, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. 2. SPONSOR: The Sponsor of this Sweepstakes is JetBlue Airways Corporation, located at 118-29 Queens Blvd, Forest Hills, NY 11375 (hereafter “Sponsor,” “JetBlue Airways” or “JetBlue”).

3. HOW TO ENTER: This Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time (“EDST”) on August 27, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on November 20, 2009. The Sweepstakes consists of seven (7) Entry Periods (“Entry Period”) as follows:

   To enter, visit www.jetblue.com/scoreandjet and click the “Enter for a chance to win” button and complete the Official Entry Form as instructed.  To complete the Official Entry Form, include your full name and address including zip code, daytime and evening telephone numbers and cell phone number (if available) (collectively “Entry”).  Limit one (1) Entry per person/ per valid email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's Entries and that entrant may be disqualified. All Entries for a given Entry Period must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDST or EST on the deadline date of such Entry Period as indicated in the chart above. All Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected Entries, Entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, technical, hardware, software, program or server failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission or network connections or any other difficulties that are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are processed late or incorrectly or those that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error or for those entries that for any reason are not received by Sponsor prior to the stated Entry deadlines. Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. Uses of automated devices are not valid for entry.

4. SEVEN (7) RANDOM DRAWINGS:  Up to fifty nine (59) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in each random drawing (“Random Drawing”) from among all eligible Entries received by the corresponding Entry Period deadline date as indicated in the chart in Rule #3. Each Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the corresponding home game as indicated in the chart in Rule #3. The total number of points scored in each game will be based on the Official NCAA results. In the event that zero points are scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during any of the scheduled home games listed in the chart in rule #3, or if any of the scheduled home games are postponed or cancelled, only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in the corresponding Random Drawing. The Random Drawings will be conducted by Centra Marketing & Communications, an independent judging organization, whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

   RANDOM DRAWING #1: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDST on August 27, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EDST on September 4, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #1”) will be eligible for Random Drawing #1.  On or about September 14, 2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #1. The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for September 5, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #1 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #1 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for September 5, 2009.

   RANDOM DRAWING #2: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDST on September 5, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EDST on September 18, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #2”) combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Period #1 will be eligible for Random Drawing #2.  On or about September 28, 2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #2,combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Period #1.  The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 total points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for September 19, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #2 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #2 combined with the non-winning entries from Entry Period #1 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for September 19, 2009.

   RANDOM DRAWING #3: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDST on September 19, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EDST on September 25, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #3”) combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1 and #2 will be eligible for Random Drawing #3.  On or about October 5, 2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #3, combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1 and #2.  The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 total points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for September 26, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #3 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #3 combined with the non-winning entries from Entry Periods #1 and #2 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for September 26, 2009.

   RANDOM DRAWING #4: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDST on September 26, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EDST on October 9, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #4”) combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2 and #3 will be eligible for Random Drawing #4.  On or about October 19, 2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #4, combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2 and #3.  The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 total points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for October 10, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #3 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #4 combined with the non-winning entries from Entry Periods #1, #2 and #3 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for October 10, 2009.

   RANDOM DRAWING #5: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDST on October 10, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EDST on October 16, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #5”) combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2, #3 and #4 will be eligible for Random Drawing #5.  On or about October 26,  2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #5, combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2, #3 and #4. The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 total points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for October 17, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #5 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #5 combined with the non-winning entries from Entry Periods #1, #2, #3 and #4 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for October 17, 2009.

   RANDOM DRAWING #6: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EDST on October 17, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EDST on November 6, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #6”) combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5 will be eligible for Random Drawing #6.  On or about November 16,  2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #6, combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5. The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 total points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for November 7, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #6 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #6 combined with the non-winning entries from Entry Periods #1, #2, #3, #4 and #5 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for November 7, 2009.

   RANDOM DRAWING #7: All entries received between 12:00:01 AM EST on November 7, 2009 and 11:59:59 PM EST on November 20, 2009 (collectively, “Entry Period #7”) combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6 will be eligible for Random Drawing #7.  On or about November 30, 2009, up to fifty nine (59) entries will be selected at random from all timely entries received during Entry Period #7, combined with all non-winning entries received in Entry Periods #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6. The Random Drawing will be conducted in the following manner: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected for each point (up to 59 total points) scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for November 21, 2009. Subject to verification of eligibility, each person whose entry is so selected will be declared a Grand Prize Winner (collectively, “Grand Prize Winners”).  Odds of winning a prize in Random Drawing #7 will depend upon the number of entries received during Entry Period #7 combined with the non-winning entries from Entry Periods #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 and #6 and the total number of points scored by the UT Longhorn Football Team during the home game scheduled for November 21, 2009.

5. UP TO FOUR HUNDRED THIRTEEN (413) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize is one (1) round-trip coach class air transportation JetBlue Travel Authorization Letter valid for travel between Austin, Texas (AUS) and any nonstop destination in the JetBlue Airways route network. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $299. TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: up to $123,487.  Prize values may vary depending upon point of departure and airfare fluctuations at the time of travel. No transfer or cash equivalent of any prize allowed except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes may not be transferred by any other means, including but not limited to sale, barter, or trade on auction websites.  Prizes may not be substituted except that Sponsor in its discretion may substitute a prize, or portion thereof, with a prize or portion of equal or greater value if it deems necessary. Any such changes will be announced. Any portion of any prize not used by any winner is forfeited and no cash substitute will be offered or permitted.  The JetBlue Airways Travel Authorization Letters (each a “Letter”) are valid only for use by Grand Prize Winners and will be issued in the name of each Grand Prize Winner.  Letters expire one (1) year from the date of issue and travel must be booked and flown within the travel dates specified on Letters. Grand Prize Winners will be solely responsible for any applicable fees, including surcharges, service charges, Passenger Facility Charges of up to $9 each way, September 11th Security Fees of up to $5 each way and a Federal Segment Tax of $3.50 per domestic segment (a segment is a takeoff and landing), and, in the case of international travel, government taxes and fees of up to $127.60.  Loss of authorization numbers and PINs cannot be replaced.  Use of Letters is subject to the following additional terms and conditions: Letters must be redeemed by calling 1(800) JETBLUE and following the phone prompts. Redemption at JetBlue airport ticket counter or online is not allowed. Letters may be redeemed only for travel on JetBlue-operated flights and are not available for use on any partner airlines or in connection with JetBlue Getaways Vacation Packages or Cruises.  Redeemed travel is subject to availability and certain restrictions, and seats may not be available on all flights.  Schedules subject to change without notice.  Certain blackout dates may apply and travel may be capacity controlled.  If traveling to an international destination, Grand Prize Winner must provide all necessary documents (e.g. valid United States Passport) at the time of departure.  JetBlue reserves the right to deny boarding passengers without the proper documentation.  Grand Prize Winners will be solely responsible for any and all meals, air and/or ground transportation to/from Winner’s residence and airport serviced by JetBlue Airways closest to the Winner’s residence, ground transportation in and around destination city, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals and any other expenses not specified as a part of the Prize stated herein.

6. WINNER NOTIFICATIONS/RELEASES: Potential Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or U.S. Mail by Sweepstakes Headquarters to the address provided by each Potential Winner on his/her entry form on or about ten (10) days after the corresponding Random Drawing date as stated herein. Potential Prize Winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit and, unless prohibited by law, a Release within fourteen (14) business days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited. Noncompliance may result in disqualification. If a Prize Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, a potential Prize Winner declines the prize or a potential Prize Winner is ineligible, for any other reason under these Official Rules or by law, he/she may be disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all remaining Entries eligible for that corresponding Entry Period as indicated in the chart in Rule #3.  A selected potential Prize Winner will not be an official Prize Winner until his/her Affidavit and, if applicable, Release has been returned, and eligibility has been formally verified. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or e-mails made to Entrants or potential Prize Winners not by Sponsor or Sweepstakes Headquarters.  Limit one prize per household.

7. DISPUTES: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree that (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (c) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Any legal proceedings arising out of this Sweepstakes or relating to these Official Rules shall be instituted only in the federal or state courts located in the State of New York, County of New York, and the parties consent to jurisdiction therein with respect to any legal proceedings or disputes of whatever nature arising under or relating to these rules. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

8. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants, including Prize Winners: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) agree to release Sponsor and all of the Related Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death arising out of participating in this Sweepstakes, or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery and any travel related thereto. Further, Each Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her name, voice, picture, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to correct typographic, clerical or printing errors in any Sweepstakes materials. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing from among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.  Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit any entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes if, at its sole discretion, Sponsor finds such entrant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or if such entrant repeatedly shows a disregard for, or attempts to circumvent these Rules, or acts: (a) in a manner the Sponsor determines to be not fair or equitable; (b) with an intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrant, Sponsor or other Related Entities; or (c) in any other disruptive manner. Entrants acknowledge that the stated parties have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all non-suspect entries received at the time of the Sweepstakes termination. The Sponsor and Related Entities assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor and Related Entities are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.  CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
